"How did you know you were cared for?"

I have already mentioned my tuxedo cats and I believe my cats "Aurora" and "Thunder" care for me very much reasons being:

1. They greet me at the door when I return home.
2. They follow me around, hang around, we go for walks, and they wait for me when I am in the shower.
3. They stare at me when I am on the computer, doing homework, reading, watching TV, cooking, cleaning and talking on the phone.
4. They deliberately blink at me every now and again. I heard a long slow blink is a cat equivalent of a kiss.
5. My cats meow like they are speaking to me. It is like they are telling me about their day and they love me.
6. When they purr in unison it is very comforting for all of us.
7. My cats tolerate my kissing and cuddling them. Especially when I have been away.
8. They do not bite or scratch me only playfully.
9. Aurora doesn't do any headbutting, but Thunder does and gallantly. He has headbutted the bedroom door and forced it open many times.
10. Thunder is a fat cat and when he wants me to get up he will stomp all over me when I am sleeping until I wake up.
11. Sometimes I wake up with a scratch across my face, nothing major, but, I am not sure what that is about.
12. Both cats like to lick my toes and hands at different times. I just do not care for it much.
13. Aurora likes to knead me like dough and purr loudly when she comes to bed with me like I am her mother.
14. I know Thunder likes to bring me presents such as mice and birds. It is usually apparent when the room is full of feathers. Aurora likes to bring me moths and bugs and I am not sure what I am suppose to do with them, but I accept them and pat her and give them both a treat. They look at me lovingly.
15. When I am on the computer to long Aurora likes to walk across the keys. I think she is a little jealous.
16. When I am doing dishes Aurora and Thunder both love to weave through my legs. I guess they are showing they are there for me.
17. When I am away to long one of the cats I am not sure which one, I believe it is Thunder does a dump on the bathroom rug. I think he is trying to make a point that I don't forget him.
18. Both cats love to show me their belly, which is the most vulnerable part of the cat. I believe it means they trust me.
19. My cats do not run away they always come home and come when I call them.

Both my cats are very loving and I feel very cared for by them. We have a special bond.

"Knowing" and "Knowledge" are they the same or different?
